CVForge supports honest job applications and personal career development.

You must use the service in a lawful, responsible, and respectful way. You must not use the service in any way that harms the platform, other users, third parties, or the integrity of job applications.

This policy applies to all use of the service, including website access, accounts, uploads and content, AI prompts and outputs, exports and job applications, payments and billing, support interactions, and automated or scripted access.

You must not knowingly create, submit, or attempt to generate false or misleading job application content.

This includes fabricating or misrepresenting employers or job titles, responsibilities or experience, qualifications or certifications, achievements, metrics, or results, employment dates, salary history or references, and immigration status, work eligibility, or security clearance.

You may use the service to improve wording and clarity of real experience, but you remain responsible for ensuring all content is accurate and truthful.

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, illegal or infringing content, violations of intellectual property rights, violations of privacy or personal data rights, harassment, discrimination, or abuse, impersonation or deception, fraud or phishing, malware or harmful code, spam or unsolicited communications, or identity theft or misuse of personal data.

You must only upload or process content that you have the legal right to use.

You must not attempt to access systems or data without permission, probe, scan, test, or exploit vulnerabilities, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract underlying systems, or access or attempt to access admin tools, APIs, or infrastructure.

You must not bypass or attempt to bypass authentication systems, rate limits, CV parsing limits, AI usage limits, free saved-CV limits, billing or entitlement controls, session or cookie protections, or feature restrictions.

You must not use the service in a way that negatively affects stability, availability, performance, or access for other users.

You must not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or otherwise extract prompts, templates, scoring systems, structured outputs, or underlying models from the service.

You must not automate access using bots, scripts, or tools, create multiple or disposable accounts to bypass limits, share accounts to avoid payment or restrictions, copy, clone, or reproduce the service, or resell, white-label, or commercially exploit the service without permission.

You must not use the service to benchmark, test, or build competing products or services.

You must not use stolen or unauthorised payment methods, engage in chargeback abuse, provide false billing information, attempt to manipulate payment systems, abuse or exploit refund or billing processes, or reuse entitlements outside their intended scope.

You must not use the service to generate harmful, unlawful, or discriminatory content, create deceptive or unsupported application material, impersonate other individuals, generate excessive automated applications, spam, or abusive submission activity, or violate the rules of job boards, employers, or third-party platforms.

This includes excessive or unreasonable use of AI features beyond normal individual job-seeking or career-development use.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and rules of any third-party platforms, employers, or job boards when using CVForge outputs.

You must not use the service in any way that harms CVForge, its users, or third parties, interferes with normal operation of the service, undermines trust in job applications or hiring processes, or violates applicable laws or regulations.

We may take action where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached.

We may use automated systems and manual review to detect abuse, fraud, spam, security threats, or misuse of the service.

Actions may include warnings, rate limiting or throttling, restricting or disabling features, removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, refusing refunds, and blocking future access.

We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.

We may reasonably determine whether behaviour constitutes misuse or abuse of the service.

We may make reasonable decisions about enforcement of this policy where permitted by law.

Serious breaches, including fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity, may be reported to relevant providers or authorities.
