When will I be charged?
Subscriptions renew on their billing date until cancelled. One-off purchases are charged immediately when you confirm them.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period. Refunds for unused time are reviewed manually — contact support if you'd like one considered.
What are credits and how do they work?
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are scoped to specific products. CV unlocks and CV top-ups add Improve/Tailor credits to one unlocked CV, Pro top-ups apply to the current Pro period, Cover Letter Bundles add separate cover letter runs, and LinkedIn purchases add profile optimizer refinements. The Settings page shows what is included and what remains.

That usually means a subscription renewed on its normal billing date. If the charge looks unexpected, check your invoices below or in Settings, then contact support so we can review it.

What's the difference between an invoice and a receipt?
Subscriptions and recent one-off purchases generate full invoices with a hosted page and a downloadable PDF. Older one-off purchases (like a CV unlock or Cover Letter Bundle) may only have a Stripe receipt — you'll see those labelled as "Receipt" with a View link to the hosted Stripe receipt page.

Why don't I see a PDF for some entries?
Stripe only generates a downloadable PDF for invoices. One-off receipts have a hosted receipt page instead — click View to open it, then use your browser to print or save as PDF.
